List Hygiene: Routinely verified and corrected through N.C.O.A.
processing and national household file matching every six months.

List trades: List trade arrangements may be allowed for some lists and
are made on a per order basis.

Mailing multis: Mailer may reserve the right to re-mail multis at a later date.

Minimum order: The minimum order is 5000 names unless otherwise
mentioned on individual datacards.

Order turnaround: In most cases order turnaround is 1-3 days.
Less than 1 day turnaround may incurr a 10% rush charge.

Cancellations: All orders cancelled after mail date require payment in full.
All cancelled orders are subject to a minimum of $50.00 in cancellation fees.

Prepayment: Prepayment is required for all first-time clients as well
